Kalbi means Korean Barbecued Beef Short Ribs.
We also offer Marinated Sweet & Spicy Pork, Sweet & Spicy Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Pan-Seared Cod, Sweet & Spicy Jackfruit, Delicious Sauteed Tofu, and our Signature Boneless Beef Short Rib.
(Served on Tacos, Burritos, Rice Bowls, Quesadillas, and Banh mi Sandwiches!)
We are proud to say that we make all of our Marinades in house as well as our Kalbi Aioli Sauce, Asian Slaw, Kimchi, Kimchi Cucumbers, Salsa, our Sweet & Spicy Chili Bowl Sauce, and our Vegan Aioli Sauce!
(All made in house with the freshest ingredients)
We use top quality cuts of Meats along with fresh cut vegetables and always is cooked to order!
We hand cut our vegetables. We hand trim our meats to be marinaded over 48 hours to ensure the best taste.
We also have vegetarian and vegan meatless options, such as Sauteed Tofu and Sweet & Spicy Jackfruit.
